You will learn about new developments in these three areas, assess the competitive environment and explore how we can compete better through guest speakers, business seminars and the Experience Floor, both at a national level and more importantly, at a regional level – as we recognize that your main competition is at the local level. We hope that you will leave the conference with a full awareness of all the new offerings and even more assured that Shell is indeed your BRAND of CHOICE.
On the Experience Floor, you will have the opportunity to get HANDS-ON with what Shell has to offer and you’ll get to see and hear from both Shell subject matter experts and select Key Vendors. We have engaged a select number of vendors to work with us to develop these experiences that aim for the heart of your business and how you engage the customer. You can expect to see several of the core vendors that support your business and meet a few new ones.
Our vendors will have their experts available to address all your questions, including any concerns, to help you leave the conference better informed. We believe you will be equipped to implement the full package of offerings in ways that meet the needs of your customers and drive increased business and loyalty for you.
In addition to Experience Floor you will also have opportunities to network with the vendor experts and Shell staff through the informative seminars being offered. Following the seminars, you’ll have the chance to return to the Experience Floor and revisit the programs and have a chance to catch anything you may have missed the first time round.
Those who register between October 15, 2018 – December 31, 2018 will be eligible for a co-op refund of 100% of your registration fees.
Those who register January 1, 2019 – February 28, 2019 will be eligible for a co-op refund of 50% of your registration fees.
If you opt to use Coop funds, the amount charged to your credit card will be automatically reimbursed to your account no later than 1 month post registration, to the extent that you have co-op funds available. You are not required to submit a claim. You must be attend the conference otherwise Coop reimbursement will be reversed.
